Len McDowall was previously inaugural Chairman and Managing Partner of Bird Cameron, Chartered Accountants, which employed 1000 people in 50 offices in Australia and Hong Kong. Len established Bird Cameron's mergers and acquisitions division in 1987.
Len McDowall has extensive experience in all facets of financial management with a particular emphasis on structuring and negotiating joint ventures and capital raisings. Following his retirement from the accounting profession Len McDowall and his partners established the Integral Capital Group. Len specialises in mergers and acquisitions, public floatation's, the creation of financial management strategies and capital management, and has successfully completed hundreds of transactions in these fields.

John F. Diddams

John has over 30 years financial & business experience, having acted in a variety of roles including Director, CEO, CFO and Company Secretary, of both private & public listed companies, in Australia and UK. In addition to line management responsibilities, John has either managed, or participated at senior level, in numerous ASX listings, private and public capital raisings, debt arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.

Barry J Driscoll

Barry has over 35 years experience in all aspects of marketing, management and product development in the Investment Banking and Finance Industry, including several years as a self-employed corporate advisor. Prior to August 2008, he spent 13 years with The Bank of New York Mellon identifying business's who have potential to sell their products, technology and services on the international stage and then assist them to identify the appropriate vehicle to access the US Capital Markets.
Barry has an intricate network of contacts and key figures crucial in the process of raising funds in the cross boarder capital markets. Prior to his role at The Bank of New York he spent 5 years as Finance Director/Group General Manager of a private banking and financial services organisation. Previously he spent time with Citibank Ltd, Hambros Ltd, Euro Pacific Ltd and Scandinavian Pacific Ltd.
Barry holds a Diploma of Accounting and is a graduate of the Mt. Eliza Business School obtaining several professional memberships including The Finance and Treasury Association and Australian Institute Company Directors.
Joseph Yam Hoi Ng

Mr. Joseph Ng has 40 years of experience in public accountancy practice and business consultancy, and has been appointed as consultant to a number of China National Corporations in China. Joseph is actively involved in the preparation of the "Special Purpose Reports" and "Limited Audit Reports" for the Australian Business Skills Migration from PRC Applicants, which assignment has provided him with the foundation of good connections in the migration field both in Australia and in China. Joseph was the Greater China Chief Representative of both National Institute of Accountants, Australia ("NIA"), a leading accountancy professional body in Australia and Accounting Education Australia ("AEA"), the wholly owned subsidiary of NIA and a Registered Training Organization in Australia. With his past experience with NIA and AEA plus his current working relationship with the various TAFEs in Australia, Joseph has strongly established himself in the network for promotion of the Australian education systems in the China market.

Joseph is experienced and well connected in the China market, and he is now in charge of the Integral Capital Group businesses in China by bringing investors from China to invest in Australia through acquisition of publicly listed companies in Australia.
Barry Palte

Barry Palte has extensive experience in a range of industries, including technology, financial services and outsourced services. He is based in Sydney Australia but works on projects across the world.
He is a highly experienced international businessman with broad experience in assisting organisations to change and grow, and is the principal of E Q Capital, a close associate of Integral Capital.
Prior to founding E Q Capital, Barry was head of Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Development for the funds management business of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. This role covered both Australia and South East Asia. He was also responsible for coordinating the strategic planning process for CBA's retail and commercial banking divisions.
Prior to his role at the CBA, Barry served on the Executive Committee of the wholesale funds management and corporate superannuation business of MLC, Australia's third largest funds manager.
Barry has a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) degree with first class honours from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. He is a qualified actuary and is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in London as well as a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Peter Poolman has a career encompassing more than forty (40) years practical management, at a senior level, in financial and banking endeavours related to agribusiness, risk management, corporate governance and institutional commerce. Dr Saliba Sassine

Dr Saliba Sassine is an experienced director and company executive. He is currently Executive Chairman of Gold Mines of Peru Ltd, a company focused on advanced gold and silver projects in Peru. Dr Sassine is also Chairman of S&A Capital Pty Ltd, a boutique investment and origination group specialising in resources and energy.
He has held Chairman or CEO-level positions in a number of listed and privately held companies and has directed and advised on start-up and early stage enterprises at pre- and post-IPO. He has also worked as a senior ministerial adviser to the West Australian government on state and national advisory boards and committees.
Dr Sassine is a Senior Associate Member of the Securities Institute of Australia. He is Chairman of the Perth Theatre Trust, Chairman of the POWA Institute, and a member of the board of the WA Academy of Performing Arts. Saliba holds a PhD and Bachelor of Economics with honours.
